This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and at the academy, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in the enquiry form on our Contact or Admission page, you may provide the student’s name, the parent or guardian’s name, a phone number, school or college, class, the course you are interested in, and any message you add.
How the form works. The form does not send your details to a server run by us. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your details written into a message. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that message. The same applies when you call, WhatsApp or email us directly.
Information at admission. If you enrol, we collect the details needed to run classes, such as contact details, academic background, attendance, test scores and fee records.
Information collected automatically. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Our web host and the third-party services listed below may record standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, as part of delivering the site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and tell you about courses, batches, timings and fees.
- To manage admissions, classes, tests, doubt-clearing sessions and study material.
- To share progress, attendance and test results with the student and their parent or guardian.
- To send updates about schedules, holidays and announcements by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To keep fee and administrative records, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. When we share information
We share personal information only when it is needed:
- With the student’s parent or guardian, about the student’s progress and attendance.
- With service providers who help us operate, such as messaging or payment providers, only for that purpose.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety of our students, staff or others.
We will not publish a student’s name, photograph or results, for example as a topper or testimonial, without permission from the student and, for students under 18, their parent or guardian.
4. Third-party services on this website
Some features of this site are provided by other companies, who handle data under their own privacy policies:
- WhatsApp (Meta): the enquiry form and chat button open WhatsApp.
- Google Maps: the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr: fonts and scripts load from these networks, which receive your IP address when they do.
5. Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. The embedded Google Map and other third-party services may set cookies or use similar technologies when they load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
6. Students under 18
Many of our students are minors. We expect enquiries and admissions for students under 18 to be made by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without that consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Retention and security
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep student records for the time the student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards for academic, fee and legal purposes, and then delete them. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you or your child;
- correct or update information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete information we no longer need;
- stop sending you messages about courses and announcements.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
